2. What data we process

Through the contact form we may receive: full name, company name, website address, phone number, preferred call language, the language version of the website, information about whether the company's AI visibility has been checked before, and the message content. A website address is not required

When using the service, technical data may also be processed, such as IP address, device and browser information, the address of the page visited and activity data. Analytics data is collected only after consent is given

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • responding to an enquiry, contacting you about possible cooperation and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  • conducting correspondence, ensuring the security of the service and establishing, pursuing or defending claims — the controller's legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
  • measuring how the website is used with Google Analytics — consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR

We do not use form data to send newsletters or marketing communications unrelated to the enquiry without a separate legal basis

4. Recipients of data

Data may be entrusted to entities providing hosting, email, technical support and tools for storing enquiries. The form uses Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, and after the user's consent the service may use Google Analytics. These services are provided by Google

Data may be disclosed to authorised public bodies only where required by law

5. Transfers outside the EEA

In connection with the use of Google services, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are made using mechanisms provided for by the GDPR, in particular an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses, depending on the scope and configuration of the relevant service

6. Retention period

We retain data related to an enquiry for the time needed to conduct discussions and decide on cooperation, and then for 21 months, unless a contract is concluded or longer retention is necessary to defend claims or comply with legal obligations

We retain Google Analytics event data according to the service settings, for no longer than 14 months. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time. Your cookie choice is stored in the browser until it is changed or browser data is deleted

7. Your rights

Depending on the legal basis for processing, you have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data marked as required is necessary to submit the form and enable us to contact you. Providing a website address and an additional message is voluntary. Without the required data, the form cannot be submitted

9. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions about people submitting the form based solely on automated processing that would produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect them

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the way the service operates, the tools used or applicable law changes. The current version is always available at this address
